We answer for your booking in 48 hours, in which we confirm your reservation if we have
free room. Let us offer our online reservation system, with you can save time.
If you wouldn’t like to use our online reservation system, we need the datas below: name,
address, number of guests, date of arrival and departure, the choosed room type, phone
number.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancell your reservation only in written way, via fax or e-mail.
You can cancell free of charge to the 7th day before the 1st night of the reservation.
If you cancell the reservation later than the 7th day before the 1st night of the reservation,
you have to pay the cost of the 1st night, like penalty. You can cancell your reservation
regarding the high season or the holidays (see in the season schedule) free of charge to the
14th day before the 1st night of the reservation. You have to pay 50 % of the service or
accomodation if you cancell later than the 14th day before the expected date of arrival and
earlier than the 7th day before the expected date of arrival. If you cancell later than the 7th
day before the expected date of arrival, you have to pay the total cost.
Early check-in, late check-out
If you checked in to the room and check out earlier than the expected date of departure,
you also have to pay the price of one night accomodation as a cancellation fee . You can
check-in earlier and check-out later. Early check-in from 11:00 on arrival’s day, late
check-out till 13:00 on departure’s day. The price of the service: 5.000
